Financial Reporting Manager

Location: Plantation, Florida, United States; based out of the headquarters

What you will do

• Lead the initial preparation of external SEC financial statements, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q.
• Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures under US GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Use Oracle FCCS, Workiva, or similar tools for financial reporting and consolidation.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Tax teams to gather and validate disclosure information.
• Prepare earnings materials, technical accounting memos, and analyses of new accounting issues and standards.
• Improve reporting processes, controls, and documentation; support audits and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Accounting and a required CPA qualification.
• 6+ years of financial reporting and/or technical accounting experience.
• Experience with SEC reporting, including 10-K and 10-Q filings, for a public company.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, SOX, and internal control frameworks.
• Experience with Oracle FCCS, Workiva, or similar financial reporting tools.
• Strong technical accounting research, writing, analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Big Four public accounting and/or industry.
