What you will do

• Lead the preparation of external SEC financial statements, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements for all disclosures.
• Utilize Oracle FCCS and Workiva to produce accurate and timely financial filings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Tax.
• Prepare technical accounting memos for new business activities and transactions.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while supporting internal and external audit requests.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting and active CPA license required.
• 6+ years of experience in financial reporting or technical accounting.
• Proven experience with SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q) for a public company.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal control frameworks (SOX).
• Proficiency with financial reporting tools like Oracle FCCS or Workiva.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
