Location: Onsite 5 days a week in Landover, Maryland, United States; shift schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $53,000–$63,000 base salary per year, plus potential discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Direct daily work for ICQA Cycle Counters and Specialist I associates, including task assignment, productivity monitoring, and coaching.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective action plans.
• Analyze operational trends and build reporting tools using advanced Excel and Tableau capabilities.
• Supervise cycle counts, bin audits, quality checks, and physical inventory events, including reconciliation.
• Train warehouse associates on operational SOPs and improve inventory-related processes and KPI performance.
• Report performance results and systemic issues to leadership while maintaining safety, food-safety, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of warehouse or operations experience, including at least 2 years in inventory management.
• Experience with task leadership, mentorship, or people-focused supervision.
• Advanced spreadsheet, data analytics, and data visualization skills, with strong investigative and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week on shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work for extended periods in freezer, refrigerated, and ambient warehouse environments; lift and move up to 50 lb, work at heights up to 30 feet, and perform physically active tasks.
