Warehouse Operations Manager (E-commerce)

Location: Onsite 5 days a week in Clifton, New Jersey, United States; shift starts at 3pm EST

Salary: $93,000–$109,000 base salary per year, with potential discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead daily fulfillment operations as the senior site leader, maintaining safe, efficient, and accurate service.
• Coach team leaders and supervisors, establish performance expectations, and build development and succession plans.
• Plan staffing and schedules using forecasts and internal tools to meet demand and productivity KPIs.
• Improve receiving, picking, put-away, inventory accuracy, and standard work through root-cause analysis and SOP enforcement.
• Coordinate with logistics and other fulfillment centers to prevent bottlenecks, stockouts, and shipment delays.
• Lead operational changes and reduce waste in labor, space, and materials while maintaining compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations, including 5+ years in supervisory or management roles.
• Experience managing high-volume distribution environments and large teams of 100+ associates.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, labor planning, scheduling, and workforce optimization.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including OSHA requirements.

Nice to have

• Spanish bilingual ability.
• Six Sigma Green Belt, food safety, OSHA, or project management certification.
• Experience in automated warehouses or manufacturing.
