Warehouse Supervisor II-2nd Shift

Location: Onsite five days a week in Hodgkins, Illinois, United States. The second shift starts at 3 p.m. CST.

Salary: $63,000–$74,000 base salary per year, with potential discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and daily warehouse operations.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign workloads and shifts, and prioritize worker safety.
• Track inventory through physical counts and reconciliation with warehouse data systems.
• Maintain warehouse grounds, equipment, tools, security procedures, and facility layouts.
• Coach, counsel, discipline, and evaluate employees, while recruiting and training new staff.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, variance analysis, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• At least five years of warehouse experience.
• At least three years of leadership and supervisory experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory terminology, and fast-paced operations.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, time-management, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills.
• High school diploma or higher degree.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and applicable warehouse laws.
