Manager, Compliance Operations

Location: New York, United States. Hybrid schedule requiring at least four days per week in the office.

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year, bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Support enterprise compliance initiatives, including regulatory change management, control implementation, policy adherence, and governance programs.
• Translate regulatory requirements and business obligations into scalable processes, controls, procedures, and documentation.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, Technology, and business stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop governance frameworks, control inventories, metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Support compliance assessments, audits, attestations, evidence collection, training, and change management.
• Research regulatory developments, evaluate technology and enhancement requests, and coordinate with vendors and consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, technology, law, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance operations, risk management, governance, regulatory compliance, program management, or a related discipline.
• Experience converting regulatory or policy requirements into operational processes, controls, and business requirements.
• Experience managing initiatives across business, legal, compliance, and technology stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, data analysis, reconciliation, communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• CIPP certification.
• Experience in the media or advertising industry.
