What you will do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain laboratory instrumentation and robotics, including liquid handlers and analytical instruments.
• Independently resolve medium-complexity service events and address high-complexity issues with guidance.
• Follow SOPs and task-based assignments while drafting SOPs and work instructions.
• Analyze and interpret test data to support troubleshooting and apply the laboratory automation troubleshooting pillars.
• Document service tickets accurately and follow Good Documentation Practices, laboratory safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of service engineering experience with hands-on laboratory equipment repair.
• Understanding of diagnostic laboratory workflows, instrumentation, and software.
• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering skills.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices and regulatory requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, communication, listening, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently.
