Financial Analyst (FP&A)

What you will do

• Support annual business planning and periodic financial forecasting for assigned locations and business lines.
• Manage monthly accruals, forecast updates, and weekly budget tracking dashboards.
• Improve month-end close and forecasting procedures in collaboration with R&D, Operations, and Accounting.
• Prepare variance analyses comparing forecasts with annual plans, prior forecasts, and actual results.
• Develop reports on financial results and operational metrics.
• Build financial tracking models for operating expenses, product development, and CapEx projects while identifying cost-reduction opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or a related field.
• Advanced financial modeling and data-mining skills using Excel or SQL.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems, Hyperion, and Anaplan.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with functional leaders.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
