Manager, FP&A

Location: New York, NY; hybrid model requiring 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $128,000–$135,500 per year

What you will do

• Own consolidated long-range planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting across the hirify.global Group.
• Lead the implementation, optimization, adoption, and scaling of Anaplan across Finance.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages and presentations for senior management and the Board.
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable performance insights to the CFO and business leaders.
• Partner with SG&A leaders on budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, risks, savings, and opportunities.
• Manage headcount reporting and improve planning, reporting, and analytics processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, systems implementation, or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or another analytical field.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence, with experience influencing senior cross-functional leaders.
• High ownership, accountability, and bias for action in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Hands-on experience implementing or driving adoption of Anaplan or similar financial forecasting software.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to leverage AI to streamline workflows and automate routine reporting pipelines.
