FP&A Manager

What you will do

• Analyze actual results, forecasts, and budgets for global go-to-market teams.
• Develop annual budgets and periodic revenue forecasts, identifying key business drivers.
• Model revenue projections from go-to-market initiatives and evaluate return on acquisition spend.
• Measure CAC, LTV, NRR, and other cohort performance metrics.
• Support zero-based budgeting, variance analysis, and monitoring of operating, capital, and project spend.
• Continue developing the CUBE forecasting tool and analyze financial KPI trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in FP&A or a similar consulting role.
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and Slides or Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with business planning software and NetSuite or a similar system.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional partners, and lead innovation in financial reporting and modeling.
