What you will do

• Partner with employees and leaders on People processes, policies, and day-to-day employee matters.
• Execute employee lifecycle transactions, performance management administration, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Maintain workforce data integrity, prepare reports and documentation, and support compliance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve People processes using AI and technology.
• Analyze People trends and support employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, and organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or a related role supporting an hourly workforce.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High integrity, sound judgment, customer-focused approach, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or other fast-paced operational environment is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience improving and standardizing People processes.
• Familiarity with HR systems, reporting, or workforce data management.
• Interest in using AI and technology to improve operational efficiency.
• Desire to grow into a People Business Partner and future People leadership role.
