What you will do

• Partner with Engineering leaders to align people strategy with business priorities and outcomes.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, performance, change management, and employee relations.
• Coach leaders and influence decisions that build inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Translate business needs and insights into practical people programs and actions.
• Communicate complex people issues and recommendations clearly to support informed leadership decisions.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Proficiency across the full spectrum of HR processes.
• Experience navigating and driving results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Strong coaching, collaboration, empathy, and partnership skills.
• Experience implementing and scaling people programs that support employee engagement and professional development.
• Ability to use data-driven insights to optimize people strategies and align employee experience with business objectives.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Engineering or other highly technical organizations.
• Experience in high-growth technology environments.
• Experience using people analytics to identify trends and inform organizational decisions.
• HR degree or certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
