Salary: $116,150–$182,400 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for US candidates.

What you will do

• Partner with Graphics Solutions Business and Page Wide Global Business Unit leaders to align workforce and organizational strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and implement workforce strategy, organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Advise senior leadership on people strategies, leader development, organizational performance, and employee engagement.
• Drive talent management processes, identify internal talent, and support career development.
• Collaborate with People organization Centers of Excellence to deliver HR programs and solutions.
• Operate across a matrixed organization, balancing strategic planning with tactical execution and analytical decision-making.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in HR, organizational change, workforce planning, or a related field.
• Experience advising senior managers and employees on employee relations, staffing, compensation, HR policies, and performance management.
• Strong business, financial, analytical, problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, total rewards, learning and development, talent management, labor, diversity, and HR operations.
• Role location and US compensation requirements apply to candidates in the United States of America.
