Senior Product Manager (Analytics)

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $135,000–$155,000 annually, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Own the vision and roadmap for Skylar Analytics, covering data modeling, reporting, and query capabilities.
• Define and deliver connectors, data structures, and Power BI and Superset reporting templates.
• Collaborate with data engineering and data science to evolve an extensible operational data model.
• Define the data pipeline contract between Skylar One and the Skylar AI platform.
• Shape anomaly detection and predictive alerting experiences based on machine learning outputs.
• Lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, packaging, and customer messaging for Analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with reporting, analytics, or business intelligence products.
• Experience shipping dashboards and reporting templates for non-technical users.
• Understanding of dimensional modeling, OLAP cubes, schema design, query performance, and analytical pipelines.
• Hands-on SQL experience and familiarity with ClickHouse, dbt, data warehouses, Superset, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Fluency in data science concepts for collaborating on anomaly detection and machine learning pipelines.
• Experience with technical product go-to-market, multi-tenant SaaS products, and Jira.

Nice to have

• Background in IT operations, observability, or infrastructure monitoring.
• Experience with agentic AI, LLM-powered platforms, OpenTelemetry, or metrics ingestion pipelines.
• Experience with data governance, cataloging, Apache Superset, or ClickHouse.
