Sr. Product Manager - Skylar Analytics (SaaS Analytics)

Location: United States; remote

Base salary: $135,000–$155,000 annually, plus equity compensation and bonus opportunities.

hirify.global is presenting this opportunity on behalf of a partner company developing a technically sophisticated SaaS analytics and reporting product.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for analytics, reporting, data access, modeling, and query capabilities.
• Define connectors, operational data structures, and reporting templates for platforms such as Power BI and Superset.
• Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams on extensible data models, pipeline contracts, and shared data infrastructure.
• Shape customer-facing anomaly detection and predictive alerting experiences, including how machine-learning outputs are surfaced and used.
• Lead positioning, packaging, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for the analytics offering.
• Use customer feedback, product data, and market insights to improve adoption, usability, and time-to-value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience focused on reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or related data products.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, OLAP cubes, schema design, analytical architectures, and query-performance tradeoffs.
• Hands-on SQL proficiency and experience validating data and assumptions independently.
• Familiarity with ClickHouse, dbt, data warehouses, analytical data pipelines, and enterprise BI tools such as Superset, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of data science and machine-learning concepts, especially anomaly detection and ML pipelines.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS products, Jira Software, technical go-to-market initiatives, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT operations, observability, infrastructure monitoring, agentic AI, or LLM-powered products.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, metrics ingestion, data governance, data cataloging, Apache Superset, or ClickHouse.
