What you will do

• Welcome customers and help families choose products from preemie through size 14.
• Build product and brand expertise and explain product styles, features, and benefits.
• Lead the sales floor, model service standards, and coach store associates.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities, respond to customer concerns, and drive business results.
• Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs, including credit.
• Support safety, asset protection, operational controls, and positive store performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use Outlook, Excel, web navigation, and other technology.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, stand or walk for extended periods, and climb ladders.
• Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
