Sales Manager (Part Time) (Retail)

Location: Stamford, Connecticut, United States; onsite retail store role with availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

What you will do

• Welcome customers and help families choose products by explaining styles, features, and benefits.
• Lead the store team in delivering consistent customer service and an omnichannel experience.
• Plan and execute assigned business priorities while following through on operational details.
• Serve as Leader on Duty, drive results, and resolve customer concerns appropriately and promptly.
• Coach employees, provide in-the-moment feedback, recognize strong performance, and escalate performance concerns to the Store Manager.
• Support asset protection, safety awareness, customer loyalty programs, and operational controls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and effective professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use computer technology, including Outlook, Excel, and web navigation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, stand, and walk for extended periods, and climb ladders.
• Availability for scheduled days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
