Senior Technical Program Manager (Auth0)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work arrangement.

Salary: CAD 108,000–148,500 annual base salary for candidates located in Canada.

What you will do

• Drive large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs from design through delivery across Platform Infrastructure.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define scope, value, and technical requirements and secure commitments across organizations.
• Orchestrate planning, prioritization, execution, integrated program plans, and timelines across multiple functions.
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments while communicating trade-offs and solutions to stakeholders.
• Build relationships across the organization, provide transparency into program goals, progress, and quality, and act as the central point of contact.
• Develop technical and domain knowledge to influence strategy and decision-making while supporting operational excellence and security standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a software, SaaS, or systems development environment with a focus on cybersecurity.
• Track record of collaborating to manage and successfully deliver large-scale technology programs.
• Experience identifying and managing risks across multiple technical projects.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.
• Ability to communicate clearly and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive audiences.
• Ability to influence and work through others within a matrix organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, especially in a remote environment.
• Experience with agile and other program management methodologies, with strong attention to detail and execution in a data-informed environment.
• Preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent; CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
