Senior Technical Program Manager (Auth0)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Annual salary: $108,000–$148,500 CAD, plus equity where applicable, bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs from design through delivery.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define scope, value, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate planning, prioritization, integrated program plans, and timelines across multiple functions.
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments while communicating trade-offs and solutions.
• Serve as the central point of contact and provide transparency into program goals, progress, and quality.
• Build technical and domain knowledge to influence strategy and decision-making while supporting operational excellence and security standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a software, SaaS, or systems development environment, with a focus on cybersecurity.
• Experience delivering large-scale technology programs and managing risks across multiple technical projects.
• Ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Clear communication skills and credibility with technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
• Experience with agile and other program management methodologies, with strong attention to detail and execution.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification.
