Program Manager, EPD Operations

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada

Salary: $114,000–$143,000 USD annual base salary

What you will do

• Own and improve processes for bug tracking, incidents, reliability, escalations, and operational health.
• Analyze operational data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for greater efficiency.
• Build dashboards and reports in Jira and Snowflake and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Design and implement process improvements across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Support planning cycles, project tracking, status reviews, roadmap reviews, and priority reviews.
• Coordinate retrospectives and provide structure for cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Experience as a Program Manager or Technical Program Manager working with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in a remote startup environment and a strong understanding of engineering workflows, tools, and technical process friction.
• Experience managing operational health processes such as bug tracking, incidents, reliability, or escalations.
• Strong data analysis skills, including dashboard and report creation in Jira and Snowflake.
• Experience with planning cycles, project tracking, recurring reviews, Agile methodologies, Jira, Notion, and GitHub.
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, handle ambiguity, and implement practical improvements.
