Production Controller

What you will do

• Manage tool room activities, including issuing, receiving, repairing, and maintaining tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for tools and non-inventory consumables using CMMS or ERP systems.
• Organize storage, labeling, and cataloging to support quick access and traceability.
• Monitor tool usage and wear, and schedule preventive maintenance or replacements.
• Coordinate with production teams and manage vendor-managed inventory to maintain tool and consumable availability.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and enforce tool room safety and handling procedures.

Requirements

• Experience managing a tool room, parts inventory, or a related function in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of hand tools, machinery components, and maintenance practices.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments.
• Ability to squat, reach, climb, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work on-site at the Everett, Washington office.
