What you will do

• Manage assigned work orders from initial release through to completion.
• Build manufacturing books and shop packets for production.
• Coordinate documentation and Tollgate activities.
• Issue and track production materials while monitoring WIP to communicate schedule risks.
• Maintain accurate ERP/MRP transactions and production records.
• Collaborate across departments to support shortages and inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in production control, inventory, or manufacturing support.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or medical device industries.
• Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Exposure to Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.
