Salary: $220,000 – $317,000

What you will do

• Define content architecture and editorial standards for tutorials, blog posts, sample apps, and community education.
• Design and run automated systems, including self-healing pipelines and CI checks, to maintain content quality and API accuracy.
• Produce flagship technical content, reference architectures, and runnable demos for Workers, Workers AI, R2, and Durable Objects.
• Partner with Growth, DevRel, and Product teams to map content to the developer acquisition and activation journey.
• Build AI-assisted content tooling and optimize materials to be consumable by AI agents and LLMs.
• Identify emerging industry trends (e.g., MCP servers, vibe coding) and translate them into narratives that position hirify.global as the default platform.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience at the intersection of technical content, developer education, and software engineering.
• Strong engineering depth with proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern web development.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD, and testing; familiarity with serverless/edge platforms.
• Expertise in building automated content systems, including validation and AI-assisted review tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from Austin, San Francisco, or New York.
• Exceptional technical writing and editing skills with experience in information architecture.

• Knowledge of evaluation frameworks or observability for AI-powered systems.
• Experience leading content platform migrations or redesigns.
