What you will do

• Create and maintain training materials, including guides, tutorials, SOPs, troubleshooting docs, and certification content.
• Translate technical complexity of Robotics and collections systems into actionable documentation for non-technical audiences.
• Identify knowledge gaps across teams and proactively update content to keep pace with evolving tools.
• Implement content standards and templates to ensure documentation is consistent and accessible across multiple regions.
• Support localization and adaptation of training materials using i18n frameworks.
• Partner with engineers, product managers, and operators to gather, validate, and synthesize source material.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in technical writing, ideally within technology, robotics, hardware, or operations-heavy environments.
• Proven ability to quickly learn complex technical systems and translate them for non-technical users.
• Experience working with documentation systems, style guides, and content standards.
• Familiarity with internationalization (i18n) considerations in content creation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to extract and validate information from subject matter experts.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and documentation tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience in robotics, physical AI, or hardware operations environments.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Exposure to certification or credentialing program design.
