Reporting Manager (Project Controls)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is for a Saudi National.

hirify.global provides project management consultancy services covering planning, project controls, design and engineering management, and implementation for a major mixed-use infrastructure development programme.

What you will do

• Manage all programme reporting activities and report to the Project Controls Director.
• Develop reporting requirements, standards, policies, and procedures with the client project controls team.
• Coordinate with the programme management team on project controls matters.
• Manage contractors and supervision consultants in the supply chain to ensure timely reporting.
• Produce weekly and monthly programme reports.
• Manage reporting assistants when required.

Requirements

• BSc in construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience.
• At least 15 years of overall relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in reporting manager or comparable project roles.
• At least 5 years of regional experience.
• Saudi National status is required.
• Good spoken and written English is required.

Nice to have

• Arabic language skills.
• Experience demonstrating leadership, strong planning and organisational skills, customer focus, and effective communication.
