Project Engineer (Project Management)

What you will do

• Coordinate, oversee, and manage multiple projects at the Managed Services site in Geel.
• Build collaborative relationships and communicate with clients, internal teams, external stakeholders, and senior management.
• Set project objectives, develop execution strategies and plans, and manage delivery from design through construction and commissioning.
• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams while establishing resource requirements.
• Manage technical and commercial delivery, project budgets, performance reporting, and corrective actions.
• Ensure execution follows hirify.global quality and management systems and complies with local statutory and regulatory obligations.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience managing medium to large capital projects across design, construction, and commissioning.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong Health & Safety record and understanding of project controls and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English is mandatory.
• An advanced qualification in Project Management is preferred.
