Senior Planning Manager (Infrastructure)

hirify.global provides project management consultancy services for a major mixed-use infrastructure development and its early works packages.

What you will do

• Manage a team of planners and coordinate planning activities across the project.
• Prepare and maintain the work breakdown structure and integrated project master schedule.
• Coordinate with package managers, consultants, and contractors.
• Analyse schedules and progress reports, perform critical path analysis, and identify trends.
• Prepare independent schedule risk analyses and monthly and weekly reports.

Requirements

• BSc in construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience.
• At least 15 years of relevant overall experience, including at least 5 years in a planning manager role and 5 years of regional experience.
• Professional memberships and charterships are required.
• Sound knowledge of engineering and commercial aspects of major civil and infrastructure projects.
• Experienced user of Primavera P6, PERT Master, and MS Office; strong knowledge of CPM networks, resource and cost loading, and risk management.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
