What you will do

• Lead project controls delivery across cost, schedule, risk, change, reporting, and governance functions.
• Build, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary project controls teams.
• Establish integrated project controls frameworks, standards, KPIs, baselines, reporting cycles, and assurance processes.
• Oversee financial performance, forecasting, cash flow, contingency, estimating, and estimate-at-completion projections.
• Direct schedule, risk, opportunity, change, variance, and earned value management across the project lifecycle.
• Advise clients and senior stakeholders while supporting proposals, recruitment, training, and capability development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, finance, business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 15 years of progressive capital-project experience, including deep project controls expertise in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• At least 7 years of direct leadership experience managing project controls professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
• Expertise in cost management, estimating, planning, scheduling, forecasting, earned value, risk analysis, change control, contingency management, and executive reporting.
• Experience with integrated master schedules, cost and work breakdown structures, control accounts, baselines, cash flows, trends, and estimate-at-completion forecasts.
• Proficiency with project controls tools such as Primavera P6, cost-management platforms, risk-analysis tools, reporting and visualization solutions, and enterprise data environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with GMP, validation, EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements for life sciences facilities.
• Experience working with EPCM, engineering, construction, equipment, and specialty service providers.
• PMP, AACE CCP or PSP, PE, CCM, or equivalent certification.
• Strong client relationship, facilitation, negotiation, decision-making, and issue-resolution skills.
• Willingness to travel to client and project sites as required.
