Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland or London, England). Must be in the office at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Evolve the IT Onboarding program to ensure new hires are equipped with necessary tools and knowledge from Week 1.
• Design and deliver IT awareness and education campaigns for the technology stack, including AI platforms like Claude.
• Lead adoption for new technology rollouts through targeted communication, enablement, and training.
• Own the internal communications strategy for IT to make complex technical topics accessible and engaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs and prioritize the IT Education Program.
• Track and analyze adoption and engagement metrics to continuously iterate and improve programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Program Management, Learning & Development, or Employee Enablement.
• Proven track record of running onboarding and education programs end-to-end.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for simplifying complex technical topics.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across all levels, from individual contributors to senior leaders.
• Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous tech environments.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Dublin, Ireland or London, England (Hybrid: 3+ days/week in office).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
• Background in IT-specific enablement or digital adoption programs.
• Experience creating engagement content using Canva, Loom, or Google Suite.
• Familiarity with digital adoption platforms or LMS tools (e.g., Sana).
• Experience in change management or organizational communications.
