What you will do
- Manage end-to-end bid processes with Sales, Solutions Sales, Technology, and Project Centre teams.
- Evaluate project opportunities, including risks, requirements, and customer solvency.
- Prepare competitive technical and financial offers, cost sheets, markups, and margin calculations.
- Coordinate with Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Finance during proposal preparation.
- Create and manage RFP submissions, sales quotations, and SAP order confirmations.
- Monitor contract negotiations, maintain documentation, and support handover and implementation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- 4 years of experience in bid management, contract coordination, or a related field.
- Familiarity with bidding processes and basic contract management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple departments, manage several tasks simultaneously, and work under pressure.
