What you will do

• Establish and maintain project management structure, initiate projects, and coordinate kick-off meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage scope, resources, costs, risks, and issues across the full project lifecycle to deliver milestones on time and within budget.
• Plan and control delivery using project execution, monitoring, and control tools (including SAP and PMO KPIs), with monthly delivery and expenditure forecasts.
• Coordinate requirements agreement and traceability, and participate in scope/requirement change negotiations with customers.
• Interface between external customers and internal stakeholders; provide regular status updates and report technical, schedule, financial, and risk progress.
• Run gate reviews for production readiness and complete post-project reviews and formal closure reports with lessons learned and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, operational management, customer/stakeholder management, and leading non-co-located multidisciplinary teams.
• Formal training in Project Management or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of project planning techniques, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience with scope and change management in complex project environments.
• Working knowledge of PRINCE2, PMBOK, and Agile project/programme management methodologies.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes for complex systems and systems engineering principles in new product development.
