Senior Manager Quality Engineering

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

Base salary: $105,700–$149,275 per year, with eligibility for a bonus program.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor Quality Engineers and Business Systems Analysts in manual and automated testing practices.
• Oversee quality assurance, test automation, metrics, reporting, performance testing, and defect reduction across organizational projects.
• Review test plans, coordinate test strategies, and manage the bug-tracking lifecycle for software projects and applications.
• Improve quality standards, test case practices, and domestic and global quality metrics.
• Collaborate with development, project management, business, and enterprise teams to provide quality visibility before major releases.
• Manage an offshore QA team, including coaching, performance reviews, hiring, termination, and day-to-day work direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least six years of testing experience.
• Extensive experience with test strategy, planning, reporting, and coordination for software projects and applications.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and influence quality assurance teams toward high-quality product releases.
• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, issue-resolution, negotiation, diplomacy, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• U.S. work authorization for any employer is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
