Senior Quality Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own and execute manual testing throughout the agile development lifecycle.
• Define acceptance criteria, test strategies, complex user journeys, edge cases, and risks with engineers and product managers.
• Build and maintain automated tests across API and UI layers to expand coverage and reduce regression risk.
• Support test environments, frameworks, and tooling while improving efficiency, reliability, and feedback cycles.
• Use coding agents, AI-assisted test generation, and automation tools to accelerate test creation and debug failures.
• Review AI-assisted test artifacts to verify business outcomes, system behavior, failure modes, and edge cases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience testing enterprise-grade, scalable, and distributed applications, products, or services.
• Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to validate AI-assisted outputs and identify gaps.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Exposure to automation frameworks such as Pytest, Selenium, or Playwright.
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps concepts; a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, coding agents, or AI-assisted test automation.
• Experience testing products using large language models, AI/ML technologies, agentic workflows, recommendation systems, automation, or decision-support capabilities.
