Senior QA Developer / Test Lead (Digital Banking)

Location: Remote

What you will do

• Develop the master test strategy, test plans, and test cases for the digital banking platform.
• Build and manage automated UI and API testing frameworks.
• Lead performance testing, security testing, business validation, regression testing, and operational testing across multiple environments.
• Drive defect triage, prioritization, and root cause analysis.
• Manage UAT test signoff and business approval processes.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recent experience in QA automation and test leadership.
• Hands-on expertise with modern automated UI and API testing frameworks.
• Experience with performance testing tools and security testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills for defect management and root cause analysis in complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Experience integrating automated testing with Azure DevOps.
• Experience testing enterprise-scale software deployments in banking or digital finance.
