Location: Irving, TX 75062, hirify.global Corporate HQ; telecommuting is available only from a home office within commuting distance of the HQ

Salary: $125,611–$179,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead the creation of test cases, test plans, test scripts, and comprehensive test strategies for enterprise applications.
• Design and build automated testing scripts and frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Java, C#/.NET, Python, SQL, and related tools.
• Develop component- and integration-level automation, including AI-driven, machine-learning, data-driven, and agentic solutions.
• Perform functional, integration, performance, security, regression, exploratory, black-box, and white-box testing.
• Analyze requirements, identify defects, recommend design improvements, and support release planning and estimation.
• Mentor team members, review test artifacts, promote QA best practices, and collaborate with architects, developers, and business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related experience, including 60 months in each required area.
• 60 months of experience with manual testing and test automation frameworks in Agile environments.
• 60 months of experience with SQL, ETL, data validation, database and ETL testing, and validation of data transformations and integrity.
• 60 months of experience with Selenium automation using different frameworks and programming in Java or C#/.NET.
• 60 months of experience with QA methodologies, including risk-based, system, regression, exploratory, black-box, and white-box testing.
