What you will do

• Verify software products and systems against business requirements and design documentation.
• Develop and execute exploratory, manual, and automated test scenarios.
• Establish appropriate test coverage and the balance between manual and automated testing.
• Write validation criteria, test scripts, SQL queries, and database checks.
• Support quality practices across version control, documentation, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and policy compliance.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to QA teammates.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency with SQL, including single-table and multi-table joins and relational or dimensional database concepts.
• Experience developing test automation with Java, Selenium, Cucumber, AI, or equivalent technologies.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States and travel 1–20% within the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with software QA methodologies, test automation tools, and SQL.
• Programming experience with Python, Java, C#, or C++.
