Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative

Location: Dublin, Ireland — hybrid; open to candidates willing to relocate to Ireland.

What you will do

• Provide telephone-based support to members on general insurance underwriting.
• Respond to member requests and resolve disputes efficiently.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective members, identify their needs, and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Meet sales and service targets while following European, US, and international regulatory requirements.
• Apply risk management principles and escalate systemic issues affecting member satisfaction.
• Participate in personal and professional development and respond constructively to feedback.

Requirements

• Experience multitasking in a Windows operating system environment.
• Excellent business English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional corporate environment.
• Strong customer service, active listening, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to close sales and secure agreements.
• Ability to follow risk management policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
