What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure teams follow standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate audits, backup plans, cross-training, and inter-team meetings to maintain operational continuity.
• Build a customer service culture and support customers with logistics and shipping issues.
• Lead customer operations meetings, investigate complaints, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Plan manpower deployment, conduct performance reviews, and mentor team members.
• Compile operational statistics and submit monthly KPI reports to management and customers.

Requirements

• Experience overseeing operational teams and day-to-day service delivery.
• Ability to manage manpower planning, workload distribution, and team productivity.
• Ability to investigate non-compliance and customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, onboarding, and developing employees.
• Ability to analyze operational statistics and prepare KPI reports.
