Bilingual Spanish Regional Banker/Teller

Location: In-office in Wayne, New Jersey

Base salary: $40,500–$67,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage customer interactions, identify financial needs, and recommend hirify.global products and solutions.
• Drive proactive sales and service conversations through outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Build customer loyalty, increase share of wallet, and identify referral opportunities through ecosystem partnerships.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options and available banking technologies.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge.
• Complete teller, branch operations, and maintenance transactions accurately while following risk and compliance procedures.

Requirements

• Spanish speaking proficiency is required.
• At least 1 year of related experience or product knowledge is typically required.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer service, prospecting, and selling.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, customer focus, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• No university degree, certification, or license is required; a high school diploma or GED is not required for this role.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
