What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customers’ financial needs and recommending tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Build and deepen customer relationships through account support, portfolio management, calls, transactions, and partner referrals.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other teller transactions while handling cash and maintaining accurate drawer balances.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities, support branch sales targets, and collaborate with branch team members and partners.
• Educate customers on digital banking platforms and self-service options while resolving concerns and providing timely support.
• Follow regulatory requirements and internal policies related to operational accuracy, risk management, and fraud defense.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• At least 12 months of product or service sales experience, or 6 months of relevant retail banking, financial services, consultative sales, or qualifying hirify.global experience.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• At least 6 months of cash-handling experience.
• Relationship-building, consultative sales, communication, teamwork, digital technology, basic mathematics, and computer skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship. Ability to work branch hours, including possible weekends and evenings, is required.

• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
