Staff Pharmacist- $40,000 Sign On Bonus & Relocation Available

Location: Onsite in Austin, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $98,000–$172,000 per year for a 40-hour week, prorated for different schedules. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses. The position also offers a $40,000 sign-on bonus and relocation availability.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medication.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and support pharmacy programs.
• Follow company policies, procedures, HIPAA, PHI, and other applicable regulations.
• Model effective customer service and guide pharmacy staff.
• Build relationships with customers and partners while participating in community outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of best practices.
• Ability to adapt to patient needs and address varied medical concerns.
