Client Services Team Lead (Overnight)

Location: Remote/Hybrid - USA; overnight shift, Monday–Friday, 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. ET or 11:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. ET. Travel and onsite work may be required as needed.

hirify.global is hiring for a client services role within its Account Management department.

What you will do

• Coordinate the receipt, documentation, response, follow-up, and closure of client service issues and additional service requests.
• Resolve complex and escalated client issues in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Oversee team member inquiries and client requests, including scheduling, dispatching, and completion of additional services.
• Track quality and productivity metrics and generate reports on team performance.
• Assign and monitor customer service projects and support onboarding and process training.
• Coach and mentor team members while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong organization, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for the required overnight ET schedule and work eligibility in the USA.
