TL;DR
Enterprise Infrastructure Manager - SRC First Response (Infrastructure Shared Technologies) (Enterprise Infrastructure): Leading second-shift infrastructure operations and supporting shared technologies including WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache, MQ, Kafka, Artifactory, GitHub, Jenkins, IBM UrbanCode Deploy, and Ansible with an accent on incident response, automation, and platform stability. Focus on managing off-hours production incidents, analyzing operational performance, reducing manual effort, and improving service reliability across enterprise infrastructure.

Location: In-office position based in Phoenix, AZ; Denver, CO; Dallas, TX; Pittsburgh, PA; or Cleveland, OH. Second-shift work is required, with additional non-shift hours possible for escalated incidents.

Base salary: $100,100–$223,080 annually, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the second-shift operations team during off-hours incidents, production issues, and change implementations.
  • Support and maintain shared infrastructure technologies, including WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache, MQ, Kafka, Artifactory, GitHub, Jenkins, IBM UrbanCode Deploy, and Ansible.
  • Analyze operational trends and performance metrics to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve platform stability and service reliability.
  • Oversee infrastructure planning, product lifecycle and service orientation, incident management, patching, asset management, financial management, and risk management.
  • Direct, develop, and evaluate management teams and key staff while coordinating with vendors and executive management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
  • Typically 8+ years of industry experience and at least 5 years of prior management experience.
  • Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, information security technologies, IT architecture, system management, technology integration, and IT service management.
  • Ability to manage infrastructure risk, maintain stable and secure environments, and lead incident response.
  • Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
