Sr. Director, Corporate Network & Infrastructure

Location: US - Austin, TX; hybrid position with office attendance determined by the hiring manager

Salary: $206,100–$360,800 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Define and execute the global corporate network and infrastructure strategy through multi-year roadmaps and quarterly outcomes.
• Modernize platforms through software-defined, automated, and cloud-integrated network and infrastructure capabilities.
• Set architecture standards and engineering guardrails in partnership with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity teams.
• Own reliability, availability, performance, capacity, service-level objectives, and health reporting across core infrastructure services.
• Lead incident, problem, change, and operational readiness practices while driving root-cause elimination and continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop globally distributed engineering and architecture teams while building an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 15+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience with deep enterprise networking and infrastructure expertise.
• Experience delivering multi-year modernization roadmaps in complex, global environments.
• Experience running large-scale operations with reliability, incident and problem management, and continuous improvement disciplines.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder influence, decision-making, and execution skills.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams and building high-performing, inclusive cultures.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as a master’s degree, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD.
• Experience in highly regulated environments with strong security, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Experience leading transformational programs spanning architecture, delivery, and operations.
