Digital Shared Services Senior Manager (Testing and SRE)

What you will do

• Lead the strategic direction and daily activities of Digital Shared Services across testing and Site Reliability Engineering.
• Direct automated testing, production support, incident management, monitoring, runbooks, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Manage multiple cost-center budgets, vendor evaluations, technology investments, compliance, risk, and internal controls.
• Assign teams to projects and production-support rotations, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and technology standards.
• Consult with business and technology leaders on complex requirements, system enhancements, production risks, and long-term technology direction.
• Lead staffing, performance management, career development, and collaboration across teams in different locations and time zones.

Requirements

• At least 13 years of combined higher education and/or work experience, including 4 years in technology or systems and 9 years in technology management or program leadership with people management.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing strategies and frameworks, with working knowledge of Ruby and Cucumber.
• Direct experience with production support, incident management, complex production environments, and problem resolution.
• Exposure to Generative AI and agentic software development tools and practices.
• Experience leading teams with Agile and Kanban methodologies across complex projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, decision-making, and senior-management presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• At least 12 years of technology management or large program leadership experience.
• Experience building or scaling SRE practices, including on-call structures, SLOs, SLIs, and postmortem culture.
• Extensive test automation experience across a large application portfolio.
• Advanced knowledge of integrated applications, banking application frameworks, and business functions.
