What you will do

• Lead a global Network Operations team (employees and contingent workers) for enterprise network availability, performance, and support.
• Own incident, problem, change, and service management with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational readiness for new network deployments by partnering with Network Architecture and Network Engineering on monitoring and handoff.
• Manage network monitoring, capacity planning, maintenance activities, operational documentation, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Lead major incident response, root cause analysis, and service restoration for critical business and manufacturing network events.
• Advance automation-first operations, observability, and AI-enabled operations to improve reliability and reduce MTTR.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 20+ years of enterprise network experience.
• 10+ years leading global network operations teams.
• Strong operational expertise across enterprise WAN, LAN, wireless, routing and switching, and data center networking and monitoring platforms.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, service management).
• Demonstrated ability to lead mission-critical infrastructure where network resilience and availability are essential to business continuity.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cisco SDN and Arista SDN and large-scale data center network operations.
• Experience driving network automation, observability, and AI-enabled operations in a global enterprise environment.
• Experience developing operational talent pipelines and succession readiness across global network teams.
