Product Manager Expert

Location: Onsite in Columbus, Ohio, United States

Base salary: $133,000–$247,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Shape product portfolio strategy and execute business and financial results.
• Create and document traditional and emerging capabilities across technology, operations, and data analytics.
• Identify and prioritize product and experience solutions for business segments and product groups.
• Advise on market trends, influence product and customer experience direction, and promote innovation.
• Build cross-business and cross-functional alignment, present recommendations to executive leadership, and secure buy-in.
• Develop, train, and mentor team members and business partners in product management.

Requirements

• Typically 8+ years of industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Advanced product management and product development strategy expertise.
• Business acumen, customer solution development, critical thinking, collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with design thinking, emerging technologies, innovation, and knowledge of product lines.
