Commercial Card and Payables Product Manager (Commercial Payments)

What you will do

• Develop and execute growth strategies for the commercial card and integrated payables portfolio.
• Own product performance and P&L management to achieve revenue and expense targets.
• Lead product reviews, enhancements, new product development, launches, and ongoing sales support.
• Partner with Data & Analytics, Sales, Marketing, Servicing, Implementation, vendors, and other business functions to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Oversee marketing, training, and product communications materials.
• Manage strategic third-party vendor relationships and support Credit, Risk, Fraud, IT, Legal, Compliance, and other teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong data analytics skills, including data mining, manipulation, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and customer pricing.
• Ability to analyze situations and risks, determine actions, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Leadership experience and experience in project planning and management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
