Employee Communications and Engagement Partner – Principal Specialist (Semiconductors)

Location: Santa Clara, United States; communications support also covers Austin and Dallas sites.

Salary: $82,000–$144,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience and location.

What you will do

• Execute employee communications plans and create announcements, newsletters, leader messages, intranet content and organizational updates.
• Translate technical and business topics into clear employee-focused content and support executive communications materials.
• Develop employee engagement, recognition, storytelling and employee listening programs across ISC locations.
• Plan and produce all-hands meetings, town halls, leadership forums, ask-me-anything sessions and employee events.
• Create manager communication toolkits, talking points, FAQs and resources for leadership cascades and organizational changes.
• Manage intranet, newsletters, digital signage and other communication channels while using analytics and feedback to improve effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in employee communications, internal communications, employee engagement or a related discipline.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing communication channels, producing employee content, and supporting leadership communications and engagement programs.
• Strong project management, organizational and relationship-building skills across functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to support employees across the Santa Clara, Austin and Dallas sites.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
• Experience supporting distributed or global employee populations.
• Experience coordinating employee events, town halls and engagement programs.
• Experience with communication analytics, employee feedback tools, digital employee platforms and collaboration tools.
