What you will do

• Lead the global internal and executive communications strategy across email, intranet, executive broadcasts, digital signage, and emerging tools.
• Evolve the digital employee experience and improve the reach, usability, comprehension, and effectiveness of internal communications.
• Advise the CEO, executive team, and HR leadership on messaging related to strategy, performance, culture, people programs, and organizational priorities.
• Lead quarterly all-hands meetings, executive briefings, major announcements, and other flagship internal communications moments.
• Drive communications for integrations, organizational updates, change programs, and enterprise initiatives.
• Lead a global employee communications team and manage related vendors, agencies, platforms, and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or related fields, with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, supported by a portfolio of executive and employee communications.
• Experience leading communications in complex global organizations with diverse employee populations, including manufacturing or frontline audiences.
• Hands-on expertise with modern digital communications platforms, analytics tools, AI-enabled tools, and automation.
• Ability to lead a lean, high-performing team through prioritization, operating discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with integrations, organizational change, or enterprise transformation.
• Experience building measurement frameworks and executive readouts for internal communications.
• Experience managing vendors supporting employee experience, communications platforms, or internal channel ecosystems.
• Experience in technology, manufacturing, or global B2B environments.
