Salary: $58,000–$68,000 /yr (target annual salary, location-dependent)
What you will do
- Manage an internal “news bureau” to monitor sources and create or adapt content for multiple audiences.
- Develop and maintain a continuous content calendar across departments, channels, and priority campais/product launches.
- Write, edit, and produce internal and external communications (intranet, newsletters, manager updates, town halls, press releases, web copy, social posts).
- Create short-form video content using a smartphone and basic accessories (tripod, microphone, lights).
- Coordinate communications for /ReSound customers (hearing care professionals) in partnership with the brand marketing team.
- Measure engagement and recommend improvements to communication practices, processes, and tools.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, content creation, or a similar role.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear content for internal and customer/community audiences.
- Experience planning/curating/scheduling communications across multiple platforms and managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SharePoint/intranet systems, email platforms, and content management/digital publishing tools.
- Ability to research, interview, and report on a variety of topics; strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and geographies.
- Video content creation experience is essential.

- Short-form video creation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
