Molding Supervisor (Precision Plastics)

Location: On-site in Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Night shift: Friday to Sunday, 7:00pm to 7:00am. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Supervise three shift leads and molding-floor employees across multiple shifts.
• Assign duties, coordinate departmental activities, and ensure resources and materials support production orders.
• Review production schedules, adjust work procedures, and manage workload coverage during absences.
• Inspect molded products against specifications and enforce safety and company policies.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders for production employees.
• Improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and employee efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to effectively direct, supervise, and monitor multiple employees and activities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment.
• Experience or capability in injection molding operations, production coordination, and quality control.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
